It is important that trustees are aware of their duties as a trustee of a charitable trust to ensure the success of the organisation and the safety of the trustees and the trust’s employees. The Trusts Act 2019 provides several mandatory duties and some default duties which trustees must fulfil in their role as trustee.
Taking the time to find or create meaning in everyday tasks and activities, and even in naming a Trust, is a practice – it takes time and effort. But like the practice of gratitude, it is so beneficial and enables us to find hope and joy in life
