Tiffany was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in October 2020 and joined Gaze Burt in December 2020. Tiffany is a property specialist, who primarily focusses on the following areas of practice:
- Subdivisions including both small and large scale developments and staged developments;
- Boundary adjustments;
- Cross lease conversions to freehold;
- Cross lease title updates/corrections;
- Registration of various title interests;
- “Off the plans” transactions; and
- Conveyancing of commercial property.
Alongside her areas of practice, Tiffany also provides training to her colleagues in-house and to other lawyers in the industry.
Prior to embarking on her career as a lawyer, Tiffany pursued classical ballet to a very competitive level and still loves to perform when the opportunity presents itself.
Tiffany is very involved at her church where she serves as a trustee, worship leader and connect group leader.
Tiffany is thrilled to be part of the team at Gaze Burt and hopes to have a longstanding career with the firm, building valuable relationships with clients along the way.
