Ross joined Gaze Burt in June 2023 as an administrative assistant whilst he completed his studies. Ross has since completed a Bachelor of Law at The University of Auckland and the Professional Legal Studies Course with the College of Law.
Ross now works full time as a Law Clerk until his admission date in February 2026 when he can become a Solicitor.

Ross is often described as patient, calm, and kind, and these values assist with maintaining and strengthening relationships with people and clients.
Outside of work Ross is passionate about learning the German language. He is also an avid football fan and supports Liverpool. Other interests include his love for music, his church, the gym, and travelling.
