One of our directors, Kimberly Knox, is primarily based at our Albany office at Gaze Burt and assists clients with a broad range of commercial, trust, and property matters.

Kimberly has over fifteen years’ experience in commercial and property law since being admitted to the New Zealand Bar in Auckland in 2006. She provides practical advice on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial acquisitions, business contracts, property transactions, structuring advice, leasing, financing, subdivisions, and development work. Kimberly has a special interest in unit title developments and also advises a number of charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Kimberly has been a contributor for the New Zealand Law Journal and a seminar presenter for The Law Association of New Zealand and Legalwise.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, staying active outdoors, and is involved in her local community.
