Ainsley is an associate in the property and commercial team. She began her legal career as a corporate lawyer in Malaysia before relocating to New Zealand, where she transitioned into general practice.
Ainsley advises clients on sale and purchase of commercial properties, commercial leasing, sale and purchase of business and shares, subdivisions and property developments. Her experience includes freehold and unit title subdivisions, registration of various title interests, small and large-scale developments and staged developments. Ainsley works closely with clients, surveyors, valuers and other professionals throughout the process to help achieve practical and commercially focused outcomes.
Ainsley is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, allowing her to assist a diverse range of clients.
Outside of work, Ainsley enjoys family beach days with her beloved Cavoodle and exploring new cafes.
