Gaze Burt was pleased to announce the promotion of Rebecca Kroeze to senior associate earlier this year. Rebecca is responsible for Gaze Burt’s family law practice, and has a wealth of experience in this area.
Rebecca knew from the time she was a high school student that she wanted to practice family law. She loves the personal nature of the work, and loves being able to help people through situations which can be emotional and stressful.
Rebecca has trained in collaborative resolution and is a member of the Family Law Section and Collaborative Advocacy New Zealand (soon to be known as Collaborative Resolution new Zealand). For a time, she served on the Collaborative Advocacy management committee. Rebecca has also volunteered at the North Shore Women’s Centre legal clinic for the past eight years.
Rebecca aspires to continue to grow and develop Gaze Burt’s family law practice.
Outside of work, Rebecca is a busy parent to three boys. When children are not her focus, she loves socialising with family and friends. She also has a passion for cake decorating and make-up artistry which keeps her creative side busy!
