With experience in business and share sale and purchase transactions, commercial leasing and financing, terms of trade, and other commercial contracts and arrangements, Tim is adept at addressing the needs of businesses throughout their lifecycle, from inception to completion. Tim has developed a keen interest in technology contracts and is enthusiastic about assisting businesses eager to explore the ever-evolving world of technology.
Tim previously worked as in-house counsel for a number of large international companies in the fields of technology, healthcare, aviation, real estate, and human resources. He is experienced at providing strategic legal support across multiple jurisdictions.
With a wealth of experience spanning both private practice and in-house roles, coupled with hands-on operational commercial management expertise, Tim approaches every matter with a balance of legal insight and business acumen.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family. Badminton is his favourite sport, and playing the bass guitar is his favourite pastime.
