Denise is a member of the trusts and estates team and brings with her over 10 years of experience in the legal profession.
Denise started her career in the medical sector, gaining a Diploma of the Association of Medical Practice Administrators in the UK. She worked in large teaching hospitals in both the UK and the USA as well as a private medical practice in London. Denise then gained her Bachelor of Law degree at the University of London in 1995 followed by the Legal Practice Diploma at the College of Law in Auckland.
Denise was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2010. She was the Managing Director of the New Zealand office of a London based fiduciary company establishing New Zealand trusts for overseas based residents. She has over 20 years’ experience in trusts and asset planning, gaining experience working in statutory trustee companies and the private client teams of mid-size law firms in Auckland’s CBD.
Denise has also practiced in the areas of estate administration, residential conveyancing, occupation right agreements, wills and enduring powers of attorney.

Denise listens carefully to what clients are wanting to achieve and implements the client’s objectives. She enjoys helping the client to understand the process and what the clients are putting in place to protect their future asset planning.
