Harshad is based at Gaze Burt’s North Shore office and works primarily in commercial and asset protection law. His areas of practice include:

• Acting for both vendors and purchasers in the sale and acquisition of businesses;
• Ensuring investment protection via shareholder agreements, partnership deeds and company constitutions;
• Advising clients on appropriate business structures such as limited partnerships, companies and trading trusts;
• Protecting businesses through terms of trade and all other commercial contracts;
• Advising clients on estate planning to ensure that they have the correct asset owning entities;
• Commercial property sales, acquisitions and leasing.

Harshad also works closely with resident partner, Michael Hockly, in advising private clients in relation to their particular needs.
