Andrew has built a solid background in legal practice since his admission in 2000. After more than six years’ accumulated experience with two other Auckland law firms, Andrew joined Gaze Burt in September 2007. Andrew is a member of Gaze Burt's commercial team, and is primarily involved in advising clients on commercial contracts including terms of trade, supply and service agreements, licence agreements and leases.
He has recently been involved in numerous business transactions, including sales, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, share issues, financing and securities. In addition, Andrew also provides services to private clients on property law matters, and has extensive experience in trust formation, asset protection, estate planning and administration.
Andrew is married with a young daughter. He is a keen basketball player, enjoys coffee, reading and progressive rock music.
